2. What we collect and why

Information you submit through our enquiry forms. The site has two enquiry forms, which collect the following:

  • Private Viewing / main enquiry form: name, phone number, email address, city, budget preference, and preferred visit date.
  • Brochure / quick-enquiry form: name, phone number, and email address.

We use this to respond to your enquiry, arrange site visits, share the brochure, and contact you about the project. Enquiries are handled by our internal sales team. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you share by phone or WhatsApp. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive whatever you choose to share during that conversation (for example your name, number, and requirements). This is separate from the website forms and is provided by you voluntarily.

Information collected automatically. Our website uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement technologies. Depending on your consent choices, these technologies may collect limited information about website activity or use cookies and similar technologies for analytics and advertising purposes. Please see Sections 3 and 4 for details about how your consent choices affect these technologies.

3. Analytics and advertising technologies

We use the following Google services, implemented with Google Consent Mode v2 in Advanced mode:

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — measures how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time spent, actions such as button clicks and form starts) so we can improve it.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) — a container that loads and manages these measurement tags.
  • Google Ads — measures the effectiveness of our advertising and, with your permission, supports remarketing (showing our ads to people who previously visited the site).

4. How consent affects these tags (Google Consent Mode v2)

When you first visit our website, all four consent categories — Analytics storage, Advertising storage, Advertising user data and Advertising personalisation — are set to "denied" by default.

Our implementation uses Advanced Consent Mode. This means Google tags load with the default denied consent settings.

While consent is denied, Google tags do not read or write analytics or advertising cookies. They may send limited cookieless signals to Google, including information about consent status and website activity, for measurement and modelling purposes. These signals should not be understood as completely anonymous or as containing no information that could relate to a visitor.

When you grant consent through Accept All or selected categories in Manage Preferences, the relevant tags adjust their behaviour according to your choices. If advertising personalisation consent is denied, personalised advertising and remarketing are not activated.

Google may process information in accordance with its applicable privacy policies.

5. Managing or withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the website footer and adjusting the toggles. Your choice is saved on your device so the banner does not reappear unnecessarily; changing it updates your consent immediately.

6. Who we share information with

Website enquiries are handled exclusively by our internal sales team. We do not share enquiry information with external property brokers or channel partners. We work with the following service providers, who process information only as needed to operate our website and respond to you:

  • MetroLeads — our customer-relationship platform, which receives your enquiry details and the page from which the enquiry originated, so our internal sales team can respond.
  • Resend (via the Emergent platform) — the email service that sends an enquiry notification to our team when you submit a form.
  • Google — as described in Section 3.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

7. Data retention

We retain enquiry information for as long as it is required for responding to enquiries, managing sales follow-ups and maintaining business records. We periodically review the records stored in our CRM and manually remove enquiry records that are no longer required. Enquiry records are not automatically deleted after a fixed period.

Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is subject to our configured data-retention settings. Event data is retained for 2 months, while user data is retained for 14 months. The user-data retention setting is configured to reset when new user activity occurs.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including secure (HTTPS) transmission. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

9. Your rights and contact

To access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information, or to ask any privacy question, contact us on +91 96993 95527, or write to either office listed above. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version.
